Health & Fitness
Participation in exercise, fitness classes, swimming, sports, personal training, and other physical activities involves inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether a particular activity is appropriate for your personal fitness level and circumstances.
If you have concerns about your ability to participate safely in physical activity, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program. ELEVYN team members and trainers are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Members should inform the appropriate ELEVYN team member or trainer of any relevant limitations, injuries, or concerns that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Personal Training & Group Training
Personal training and group training sessions may require advance booking and may be subject to availability, scheduling, cancellation, and attendance policies.
Training programs are designed to support individual fitness goals but do not guarantee specific physical, performance, or aesthetic results. Progress can vary based on individual circumstances, consistency, effort, lifestyle, and other factors.
Members are expected to follow trainer instructions and participate within their own abilities. If an exercise causes unusual pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop the activity and notify the trainer or appropriate ELEVYN team member.
Classes & Bookings
Certain ELEVYN classes, courts, amenities, or services may require advance reservations. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed through the applicable ELEVYN booking process.
Members are responsible for arriving on time and following any applicable booking, cancellation, and attendance policies. ELEVYN may release reserved spaces when a member does not arrive within the applicable time period.
Class schedules, instructors, session times, and availability may change without prior notice when operational circumstances require it.
Pool & Water Facilities
Members and guests using the pool or other water facilities must follow all posted pool rules and instructions provided by ELEVYN staff.
Appropriate swimwear and responsible behavior are required. Members should respect other swimmers and use the pool in a manner that promotes a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Children and younger guests may be subject to additional supervision, age, access, and facility requirements. Parents or guardians remain responsible for complying with all applicable policies relating to children using ELEVYN facilities.
Spa & Recovery Facilities
Spa and recovery services may have individual booking, age, health, cancellation, and usage requirements. Members should follow all instructions provided by ELEVYN staff before and during use.
Some recovery services may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have a medical condition, injury, or other concern that could affect your ability to safely use a particular service, seek appropriate professional advice before participating.
Code of Conduct
ELEVYN is committed to maintaining a respectful environment for all members, guests, and team members. Everyone using the club is expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, intimidation, intentional damage, theft, inappropriate conduct, or behavior that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment may result in suspension or termination of access or membership.
Members are expected to respect ELEVYN property, equipment, staff, trainers, and other members at all times.
Payments & Fees
